Our client in the bank industry is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team.
Role Purpose
The Process Engineer will be responsible for driving the discovery, analysis, documentation, modelling and optimisation of business processes to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business performance. The role focuses on analysing current and future-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
Cards and Payments experience would be advantageous. This is a senior-level role requiring the ability to work across business and technology stakeholders while driving process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate process discovery and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyse, document and optimise business processes (As-Is and To-Be).
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop process maps, models and supporting documentation.
- Conduct impact assessments and process analysis.
- Collaborate with business, technology and project teams to implement process improvements.
- Support transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure processes align with governance, compliance and business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years' experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Analysis, or Continuous Improvement roles.
- Strong experience in process modelling, process optimisation and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Financial Services or Banking industry experience preferred.
- Cards and Payments experience advantageous.
