PRODUCTION/FACTORY MANAGER

Afrikaans/Eng speaking Matric or ND/BTech/BSc Food Sc & B Com. CompLit/Must have SAGE PASTEL Evolution. Versatile and have a strong personality. 5-6 Years of production mngt exp of food ingredients/spices/flavors. Will be responsible for budgets /estimates/production planning; oversee SLA with suppliers/ procurement/imports/stock control/cost accounting; oversee briefs/R & D/ applications on final products/savoury/RTE foods/meat/sensory evaluation/liaison clients; control recipes/production/QC/FSSC 22000/QMS/SHE/ efficiencies/packing/labelling; manage equipment/ maintenance/ OEE; staff cntl/training/ labour law/discipline/ performance evaluation; manage/ maintain Sage Pastel Evolution; internal liaison/ daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports/presentations/ corrective actions/preventive actions.
