My Client based in Cape Town is seeking a Programme Manager to join their dynamic team.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programme Manager
- Assessor and Moderator Qualification with the Services SETA
- End-to-End programme delivery - full life cycle
- Facilitator leadership - lead, coach and develop fascilitators
- Facilitator eveluations
- Learner engagement, monitoring and assesments
- Tracking delivery performance
- Quality Assurance - meet SETA/QCTO requirments
- Oversea moderation readiness
