Beca Corporate Ventures Limited is developing a premier hotel project in Ndola. The project is led by Main Contractor, Consultant, and Architects. We are seeking a qualified, highly skilled Project Foreman for an immediate, contract-based placement to support our Project Coordinator.

Position Overview

The Project Foreman will supervise daily on-site construction operations. You will report directly to the Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator serves as the direct link to the client. This role requires an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to maintain strict quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Lead trade crews, subcontractors, and laborers efficiently on-site.
• Support Coordinator: Assist the Project Coordinator in tracking milestones and managing resources.
• Plan Compliance: Execute structural details from Ken Structural and designs from Pricetin.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain absolute compliance with site safety regulations and protocols.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular, detailed updates to the Project Coordinator.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related construction field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman on commercial or hotel projects.
• Technical Skills: Expert ability to read complex structural drawings and architectural blueprints.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse construction crews and subcontractors.
• Availability: Must be ready to start immediately.
