Sales Consultant

Our client, a prestigious luxury showroom in Nelspruit, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join their team.
Working in a premium showroom environment, you'll assist customers while providing expert advice and creating an outstanding shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and design ideas.
• Interpret building plans and calculate product quantities for quotations.
• Client liaison to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure the showroom remains neat and inviting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
• SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge will be advantageous
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience within the building, construction, hardware, interior design or related industries will be advantageous.
• A flair for design and the ability to visualize customers' ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• The ability to thrive in a target-driven retail environment.
