About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Marketer to drive business growth across our Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Commercial, and Retail business units.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent relationship management skills, and experience selling products or services within the Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Commercial, or Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Commercial, and Retail markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and field marketing activities.
  • Conduct market visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track opportunities through to conversion.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Promote the company's products, properties, services, and solutions through online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, networking forums, and trade fairs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities and emerging customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, distributors, retailers, property buyers, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products, services, or investment opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer engagement and drive repeat business.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business growth.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products and services.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Update CRM systems and ensure all customer data is properly documented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of proven sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience within Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Commercial Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG, Property Sales, or Business Development will be highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Skills & Competencies
