Senior Design Lead

Senior Design Lead (6-Month Contract) Immediate Start Salary: R80 000 per month We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Lead to lead a talented design team, drive design strategy, and deliver exceptional user experiences across digital products. Minimum Requirements: 7–10 years' experience in Product, UX/UI or Digital Design. 1–2 years' people management experience. Experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects. Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, UX/UI, Product Design, and Design Systems. Experience with Figma and other modern design tools. Project Management experience. Design qualification/certification advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the design team. Deliver user-centred design solutions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Drive design strategy and best practices. Manage design delivery across multiple squads. Improve customer experience through innovative design. Measure design impact and drive continuous improvement.
