Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for advanced technical issues.
- Drive improvements in automation, documentation, technical standards, and internal processes.
- Mentor and support the engineering team.
- Translate approved technical designs into structured project plans and successful implementations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment.
- Strong technical skills in:
- Windows Server
- Virtualisation
- Networking
- Firewalls
- RMM platforms
- Scripting
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Proven track record of independently planning and delivering complex technical projects.
- Experience improving documentation, automation, or operational processes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
