Senior Lead and Development Manager

Our client, a prominent player in the finance and banking sector, is seeking a Senior Lead and Development Manager to drive impactful leadership initiatives within a high-performing team.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and execute comprehensive leadership development strategies aligned with key business objectives.

• Design leadership frameworks, learning pathways, and architecture to cultivate leadership capabilities.

• Lead the creation and governance of flagship leadership programmes that resonate across the organization.

• Partner effectively with executives, HR, and business stakeholders to embed leadership development initiatives.

• Establish measurement frameworks to assess behavioural change and demonstrate tangible business impact.

• Manage external learning providers, oversee budgets, and ensure the seamless implementation of development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in leadership development, ideally within the finance or banking industries.

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning.

• Strong management skills with a track record of designing and implementing development frameworks.

• Technical skills including management of development architecture, and familiarity with R and C programming is advantageous.

Familiarity with the following:

• Management of external learning providers

• Designing measurement frameworks for behavioural change

• Leading flagship leadership programmes

Salary: R900,000 - R1,200,000 per annum (Negotiable)
