The Role

• Own the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant
• Lead from the floor — this is a hands-on role
• Drive service standards, speed, and consistency
• Manage, motivate and hold your team accountable
• Handle guests, challenges, and pressure with confidence
• Keep service flowing between kitchen and floor
• Stay on top of staffing, stock, and costs

• Proven experience in a senior role in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership presence — calm, clear, and in control
• Fluent in English
• Ability to push back, hold boundaries, and drive standards
• Excellent people skills with a no-nonsense approach when needed
• Commercial awareness and operational discipline
• Energy, resilience, and a love for the floor
