Responsibilities
Oversee all open-pit mining operations, manage site production targets, ensure safety compliance across all departments, and coordinate with upper management on daily logistical planning.
Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 certificate; Bachelor’s Degree in mining Engineering; At least not less than five (10) years mining related experience; Prior pit planning experience; In possession of a Valid Silicosis certificate; Valid Driver’s license; Fully paid-up member of the EIZ; Excellent Supervisory Skills; Computer literacy with basic skills and ability to work with basic MS applications; Excellent communication skills; Result Driven.
