Technology Architect

What You'll Do:

• Design and architect enterprise-scale Azure data platforms and modern data lake environments.

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to evolving business requirements.

• Lead cloud data modernization and migration initiatives.

• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, metadata, and lineage standards.

• Implement scalable data quality frameworks and observability practices.

• Design and optimise large-volume ETL and data integration solutions.

• Support enterprise analytics through tools like Power BI, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.

• Drive DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to ensure robust, scalable data platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative data solutions.

• Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in enterprise data architecture.

Requirements:

• BCom, BSc, or equivalent IT/Business qualification.

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in enterprise data architecture and solution design.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud data platforms.

• Extensive experience with Databricks and enterprise data engineering.

• Strong skills in data analytics, Power BI, and related technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with C programming.
