ENGINEERING MANAGER - Urgently needed

BTech/BEng/BSc Eng Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering; Pr.Eng/GCC Factories; MS Office/ AutoCAD /Sketchup; 3+ years of exp as Maintenance Mngr/maintenance systems mngt, preferably in food/produce/ canning/bottling factory. Must have knowledge/ experience of maintenance planning/workshop mngt/ working knowledge of mechanical/electrical/ plumbing/ cooling/heating systems/advanced troubleshooting/ determining causes of operating errors/project scoping/setting timelines/critical path analysis. Must have proven people/management skills/food processing/ Food Safety knowledge/experience an advantage. Must have integrity/ initiative/energy/ drive/a positive/level-headed mindset/able to work in a structured way/under pressure. Must be a natural leader/a strategic/structured thinker/results-driven/have a proactive approach to system reliability/financial acumen/budget control discipline/ display excellent communication/analytical skills/ attention to detail. Be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive engineering/ maint service to all operations at the factory/lead a team of Artisans to provide sound technical advice to the mngt team on engineering maint/performance/ continuous efficiency/improvement practices/ uphold/improve maint/safety standards.
