Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of woodworking machinery. Proven experience with the following is essential:

• Panel Saw: Cutting of solid wood panels and sections.
• Cross Cutter: Cutting timber safely and precisely to required lengths.
• Planer Machine: Preparing flat, smooth surfaces and squaring up edges.
• Clamping (Carousel): Efficiently operating clamping machinery for gluing and assembly.

• Experience: Proven track record working as a Machine Operator.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job cards.
• Measurements: Experience in taking, reading, and executing measurements.
• Safety First: A strong understanding of workshop safety protocols and machine guards.
• Attributes: Good physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced production team.
